Perfect for a couple with a child, three people in a group or even someone who wants a quiet place to work from home. In the second bedroom/ home office, the curtain can be pulled back to reveal The Happy Place’s laundry area, complete with a stackable, front loading washer and dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.  With the open concept kitchen, you can cozy up in the living room to rest, enjoy your favorite show or be close by while  cooking your favorite meal.

If you need more space, our neighbor property, The White House, has extra bedrooms for a separate family or friends traveling together (sleeps 6-8).

Enjoy this home away from home as you explore all Franklin has to offer.   Shops, restaurants, and historic houses are among the things to do in downtown Franklin.  It's also only a six mile  drive to Historic Leiper's Fork- the town most people call a “Modern Day Mayberry”.  Southall Farm and Leiper's Fork Distillery are also along this drive.  Arrington Vineyards is a nearby as well.
